Appetizer | Miso Green Bean Salad
Ingredients
Green Beans
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp brown sugar
1tsp ginger, grated (optional)
1 clove garlic, grated (optional)
crushed instant ramen (optional, garnish)
sesame seeds (optional, garnish)
Directions
Blanch Green Beans. bring a pot of salty water to boil. add green beans and cook just until they turn a bright green (1-2 mins). Transfer to bowl of ice to chill.
Mix Sauce.
Toss Salad
Sprinkle Garnish
Serve.
