Appetizer | Miso Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • Green Beans

  • 1 tbsp miso paste

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • 1tsp ginger, grated (optional)

  • 1 clove garlic, grated (optional)

  • crushed instant ramen (optional, garnish)

  • sesame seeds (optional, garnish)

Directions

  1. Blanch Green Beans. bring a pot of salty water to boil. add green beans and cook just until they turn a bright green (1-2 mins). Transfer to bowl of ice to chill.

  2. Mix Sauce.

  3. Toss Salad

  4. Sprinkle Garnish

  5. Serve.

  • added unsweetened semi-sweet chocolate chunks
